After next to no sleep over a couple of days, Rafa returned home to Spain via Madrid. The customary interviews ensued (how many did this boy make?) ... and he, of course, stopped by the Bernabeu to watch his beloved Real Madrid, but was treated to a rousing standing ovation as he took to the pitch to greet the fans.
You do wonder if his feet have ever touched the ground since. But this is Rafa ... course they have.
