Have you heard that Rafa will be wearing sleeveless tops at the USO? What do you think about it?. It's going to be nice to see Rafa's arms again and he will look beautiful as usual. I hope that Rafa is able to play well in Toronto and Cincy as there has been that long break after Wimbledon. Rafa has been training hard in Mallorca so let's hope that he gets his reward. As he left Wimbledon earlier than some others he had extra rest so I hope this helps him out. What do you think?.
I can't wait for Toronto to start as I am starting to miss Rafa a bit now, hence my few hours on the net today.
I took a bit of a sabbatical from blogging earlier this year because you know sometimes you just need to take a step back from it all? Well, that was me.
To be perfectly honest, the tennis that Rafa came back to play in Canada, Cincy and the USO last year was one of my most favourite periods ever of Rafa's career. He was simply sensational to watch, and I'm not sure that he'll be able to repeat it again, but I hope so. I always kind of miss it when the tour moves back to the hardcourts from clay and grass, but Rafa seems happy and relaxed so I think we can hope for the best.
As for the return of the sleeveless ... I'm not absolutely sure it's coming back. I've seen pictures of the shirts, but am wondering if it maybe something he'll be wearing in practice because of the heat?? The thing is, if it comes back, will they have to retire it again? I don't know. One thing's for sure ... he's an awesome, ferocious sight in it, and I think that new armour would have them quaking in their boots. Haha. And I'm sure Smugly would hate it.
