Skypad ...

This has been a fantastic edition to Sky Sports tennis coverage at this year's WTF. In short, the winners of the match are invited to the Skypad where Mark Petchy talks to them about the match and invites them to discuss their tactical play.

I think it's fabulous, and it has shown what insight and memory the players have from the match (well, all except Feds who came across quite thick). I've found Rafa fascinating to watch. Apart from his obvious cuteness, his memory for the points he's played is amazing, and it's marvellous to hear it first-hand from him regarding the decisions he made and why he played the shots he did.

And it's a damn sight more interesting to hear than bloody Sky pundits blah blah blahing about chuffin' Feds till every ounce of drool has been expended from their silly mouths.

Hehe.

Woody from VB uploaded the first video to YouTube and today's match was uploaded by RafalNadalFC.

  1. I agree, it's been really interesting hearing Rafa speak about his play and tactics. (Plus we get to see just a little bit more of him ;) .)
