Not to be, me old China !!!

Ah well ... Rafa lost a match and won back the Number 1 ranking.

I'll take that.

Anyone else found it funny that the Prince of Darkness seemed to be holding a knob in that trophy.  Quite apt I thought.

I thought it looked exactly like a knob as well, Birds of a feather and all that.....

  2. Yeah, Rafa's prize for reaching the Final was wayyyy better than Novak's prize for winning the Final - I betcha the PoD would rather have the #1 ranking any day.

  3. I'm not going to lie, yes, I was a little disappointed, but who knows. Maybe it's better that way. We are back down to earth and in doing so we are happy for that Rafa is back, as says Woofie "where he belongs".
Hopefully Rafa slightly anesthetized put to sleep a little Dojokovic and PoD not be so alert in Shanghai. We'll see.
The fact is that although we wanted the cake with icing, but without it tastes great and I believe that Rafa is happy for everything. 13 final of 14 tournaments and won 10 .
The tweet what I read in the Sunday, is very true and I 'll come back to it whenever I had a tendency to be about something for a moment doubt, or be disappointed:
    Rafa - Delphia @honesgirl
"a guy with a partially torn patellar tendon wins 2 GS 8 more titles and is still going in Oct ? u guys have no idea how amazing That is :) "
It should be added : today plus # 1 ( again)
So now I 'm not disappointed, on the contrary I am happy with this situation and Rafa position.
After all, he could also lose with Fabio, or with Tomas . But NOT lost. Important matches won and gave to them all. I have no doubt that he wanted to win on Sunday, but it just did not work out already. For what reason, it just knows Rafa . PoD too good that day for him - is the public opinion from Rafa - and I accept it . Maybe for a while ran out of power, it happens. I just hope it is not for pain or recovering injury . Everything else is okay and I can deal with it . The only thing I would really tortured them, if it had to log out of the tournament due to an injury.
I hope and really wholeheartedly wish to myself, to all of us, and especially to himself to be healthy and fully able to continue their work which he likes. And to do pleasure so those of us who love him in good times also in bad times. And especially makes happy himself.
Since (whether he knows it or not) he makes so happy many many other people, for which is an example and role model of all virtues, what there are.
    SO:
    a) Do not be sad, Rafa! And we will not be sad.
    b) BIG Congratulations to Rafa to # 1
    c) GREAT message of mine, and surely also of many others hearts: WE LOVE YOU, RAFA.
¡Vamos Rafa! como siempre, ahora y para siempre
