Well, it all started with Charly Moya tweeting about how he couldn't wait to see Feli in the kit (I assume he was joking ;) ) because he'd never seen anything so ugly in his life. Feli replied that he'd not seen it until yesterday, and I don't think he's very taken with it. I don't think he'll even be able to wear one of his foppish scarves to hide it's sheer hideousness. :D
We've all seen the picture of the creepy mannequins wearing the uniform which I assume is what Team Spain will wear for the opening ceremony, and the pictures below (taken from Marca) represent what will be more of their "casual" look. Stewards on Singapore Airlines is also a comment that I've read ... :D
What do you think?? ...
Have to say though, that I know there'll be one Swiss competitor who's decided not to carry the flag for his country in order to give one of the Little Guys a chance *roll* - well, said competitor will COVET the bag!!
That ... "shirt" ... would have fit right in with the psychedelic posters on my dorm walls in the '60s. Rafa should pass up his Nike kit and wear that little number on the court instead. One look, and his opponents would be rolling on the ground like Verdasco on blue clay; some might even be struck blind. Easiest wins he'd ever have.
ReplyDeleteThe bag? Also the '60s -- Carnaby Street Barbie. It's right up Fed's alley.

No clue of tbe 60s, still hoping, it would be rolling @ the court for rafa opponents
DeleteYikes!! Not even sure Rafa can make this little outfit look good!
ReplyDeleteThe designer of the final day US team 1999 Ryder Cup shirt must have been given his first commission for 13 years. It's bad.
ReplyDeleteGuessing that it will be SPAIN BATIK, don't even think abt SQ girl flying with it.
