Well thank the Lord ... in my opinion, this is a most deserved award for Rafa and his achievements in 2010 were second to none. I am absolutely delighted that he won this, and he must be very proud.
One sad note. The hair. Rafa. Ditch-the-hair-gel. He'd already started to lube his hair in all the pre-award ceremony stuff, so by the time he got to the full blown thing ... the locals thought some minor miracle had happened and there'd been a massive downpour in the desert oasis that is Abu Dhabi!!!
But let's not allow my hair comments to take the gel off Rafa's award. Truly well deserved and we're proud of you!! There are several pictures to post, so lets start with the red carpet shots ...
