Nike Clash of the Champions ...

Well ... its been announced on Rafa's website that he IS to take part in this damn Nike exhibition just after the Davis Cup in March. Its being held in a place called Eugene, Oregon in the US. One of my friends is married to a Eugene. She really had trouble getting passionate with him in the early days with a name like that. Like me with Colin and Barry. Not that I've ever been out with a Colin or a Barry. And apologies to any Eugenes, Colins or Barrys out there. And iff you're married to one.

Anyway ... moving on. Its interesting that the publicity around it has introduced this caveat ...

"Please note that under certain circumstances, it is possible that advertised athletes may not be able to participate."

I think its more to cover what to me will be the obvious withdrawal of Serena ... but you never know ... she might be joined by the bloke she obviously fancies. Hehe.
