Awww ... congratulations Rafa! After missing out to Usain Bolt in the Olympic Year of 2008, Rafa has finally been recognised and voted the BBC's International Sports Personality of the Year ... a huge televised event here in the UK, and I'm just thrilled that he's finally won it, and well deserved it is.
