Oh, the excitement is mounting ... Whilst I'm here tapping away on my laptop, we have our intrepid Rafateer-at-large, Rafan, reporting to me live from the O2 arena. She's hotfooted her way over there today, to suss the layout of the place for this year, and of course ... see who's about.
There's a fanzone this year, that she hasn't been able to get near yet, and new practice courts. There is the same old practice court as there was last year which is near the sponsors' village. She has so far been rewarded for her tenancity as she's been able to watch Tomas Berdych practice (minus the hideous brown shoes, I hear) against Lucasz Kubot ... one of her *old squeezes* from last year, against her *new squeeze* of this. Hehe ...
Oh ... but get this!!! She is tenacious when Rafa is about, and she's tapped up the local security guard who has given her all the "gen" on who is practising where and when ... so she is currently courtside having got her hot tip that ...
RAFA IS COMING TO PRACTICE WITH NANDO !!!
Oh my god!! The excitement. So she's currently staying put and waiting for the hotness to arrive.
