It has been reported that whilst in Toronto, Rafa had his infamous Richard Mille watch stolen. He signed to promote it in May and has subsequently been wearing the $500,000 timepiece during his matches ever since, famously when he lifted both the French Open and Wimbledon.
A tad careless Mr Nadal, if I might say. I can't say that I think this sort of thing is really Rafa, and I did have a look at it when I met him at Wimbers and can't say I was massively impressed. However, I've noticed its on the wrist again in the US Open, so Rafa, you've gone through a cool $1 million's worth of watches this year ... so take better care of this one!!
