Rafa finally got to play his rain-delayed match against Argentinian "newcomer" Horacio Zeballos and defeated him 6-2, 6-2, 6-3. It wasn't an awe-inspiring match and Rafa just played effective tennis that did the job and got him off court as quickly as possible.
But ... I'm still pleased with his progress. He's looking to come in when he can, he's not playing extensive rallies, getting the job done quickly. He looks to me like he can move up the gears if and when he needs to. So I'm finding it all positive so far. Keep plugging away Rafa. This will do.
