In his first round match today, Rafa faced wildcard Gianni Mina, ranked 653, and whilst I've yet to sit down and watch the match, the Rafateer commentary sounded like this young (very cute) man didn't let the occasion over-awe him and he came out swinging.
Rafa seemed to playing a bit within himself, hitting a lot of errors, but regardless ... like he was going to lose to this kid and he came out the eventual winner, 6-2, 6-2, 6-2 where Hungry Horace awaits him in the next round,
