He's back !!!

Following last week's tests in Barcelona, Rafa took the practice courts again today. Hooray!!!

Here's a translation of an article that appeared in Marca:-

In the opinion of the doctor Angel Ruiz Cotorro, Nadal “is moving and will continue his physiotherapy treatment and strengthening muscle” while training re-starts.

Nadal admitted that this season it will be very difficult to try to regain the world number one but he warned that he's still got a lot to give to the battle. “Even if you are already at one hundred percent, we must be realistic. The remainder of the season will be difficult because after being out for a month, which will be nearly two, you lose the rhythm of the competition while others have continued in theirs . However, I have an advantage over Federer - I'm still only 23“ he said.

I'm just simply delighted for him to be within a shout of competing ... whatever the outcome may be.

Here are a couple of videos showing Rafa's practice session and an an interview.
