The final cut ...

Hot on the heels of publishing a post on the demise of ... let us hang our heads in respectful remembrance Rafateers ... the infamous Pirate look, what has Rafa gone and done now? Well people ... he's only gone and cut HIS HAIR !!!!

I adore Rafa's hair. Long, dark, luscious and wavy. I have rather too many fantasies of running my fingers through it, holding on to it in the throes of ... whoops!! I forget myself ... but you get the picture?? Denzy, one of our esteemed Rafateers, has always bagsied one of the prized jobs of being Rafa's personal hairdresser, so in love with those treasured locks is she. But ... and we have all hung our heads in shame for even thinking this, never mind voicing it ... dare I actually say it? will I turn into a pillar of stone for revealing it? ... but isn't Rafa ... well, going a bit thin?? (By the way, concentrate on the crown, not the back!!??!!

We make excuses that the hair is damp, and that the bandana doesn't help by pulling the hair ... but there is serious evidence that the parting is getting a little wider. I, along with Denzy (naturally) and Rafandready, have always championed the long-haired look. Clare has always stated that she prefers it shorter. But, I have now had to acquiesce that it may be about time that a haircut is in order. But Lordy, Lordy ... who would have thought that he would actually go and do it!!

I have to admit though, I like it.
