Hello all.
I thought I'd best drop a quick post to let you all know that updates to this blog might be a bit hit and miss this week.
A few weeks ago, I was fed up of it all and decided that a little break might do me good. So I opted for a "staycation" ... you know, rent somewhere in your home country and enjoy a bit of "the Good Life". For this confirmed townie, I'm currently in a bit of a pickle. I am holed up in a cottage in deepest, darkest Derbyshire, where the silence is deafening but worse than that, there is no TV and the Internet is very hit and miss. I'm currently doing this from my phone, so I can't load pictures and do all of the usual stuff.
I did manage to watch the doubles match today on the laptop and I'm just so sorry for FeliFerrer. But then again, they aren't living next door to some sodding hippy with a rooster that is going to be squawking at dawn.
Who says that the countryside is relaxing?? I have never been so stressed!! I want my internet and telly back!!!!
Bear with me folks ... let's see how this "adventure" pans out ... ;)
