CNN interview ...

On a busy Saturday, where Rafa met those who Aced! him, he Vamossed Responsibly and gave several interviews about his decision of last week, he also talked to CNN.

To be honest, this interview doesn't exactly reveal any much more than what we know already, but its here for you to watch just the same.

Its was held at Manacor's tennis club, and its funny to see it in moving pictures again. As you recall, I was there with Rafan in February. At that time, Rafa had lost the Australian Open, but had closed the gap somewhat with Djokovic and was nearly there in beating him. We were still looking forward to seeing him in Monte Carlo, and had popped along to Manacor as part of our little Winter break in Mallorca because we wanted to see Rafa's home town and the place where it all started ... along with wondering whether perhaps we might get a glimpse of him practising.  ;)  Little did we ever imagine that it would be the place where he'd be giving interviews about his withdrawal from the Olympic Games. :( But that is the sport, and part of our Rafa journey ...
