Rafa overcomes Marcel ...

I wasn't able to watch Rafa's match last night against fellow Spaniard, Marcel Granollers, as it started after my bed-time in the UK, but by all accounts ... erm, it wasn't very inspiring (sorry boys).

Rafa raced ahead in the first set and seemingly took it easily by 6-1. Reports are abound that Rafa had a little bit of a wobble in the second (I'm guessing here, but his concentration could have gone off), but nevertheless he rallied himself to take it, and therefore the match, by 6-4.

His opponent today is Alexandr Dolgopolov who Rafa described as a "crazy player". And erm, by that he doesn't mean that he's a crazy person, just a crazy player. I think he just means non-conventional. Lovely Rafa. He's already faced him first-hand here in Indian Wells in the doubles, so lets hope for another victory tonight!!
