Well after all the drama of yesterday, I'm sure that Rafa was happier being able to let his tennis do the talking as he re-commenced his rain delayed match with Gilles Muller. Rafa was 0-3 down and at 15-0 in the match.
Sadly, stuck at work I didn't get to see a single stroke. But the story of the match is that Rafa managed to get the break back in the first set and it went to an eventual tie-breaker. Rafa by all accounts played a blinder, and easily took it 7-1. He then rattled off a storm in the second set and battered Muller 6-1. The match was then finished by more obvious good play from Rafa as he took it 6-2.
Word on the street is that Rafa should get mad more often and channel it in this way. My *squeeze* Andy Roddick awaits him in the quarter-final ...
