Currently, I'm too embroiled in the Daveed / Nole-will-you-just-lose-a-match, match to watch my recording of Rafa's match today. But by all accounts, our lovely boy was on fire today.
Rafa got a bye yesterday, as Juan Martin Del Potro pulled out of the competition due to a hip injury. So a nice rest for Rafa. But today, he easily disposed of Michael Llodra 6-2, 6-2 and was first through to the semi-finals. He posted on Facebook that he was comfortably in his hotel, whilst Feds and The Sod slugged it out. Rafa will, in fact, face Feds for the third year running in the tournament in the first of the semi-finals.
Come on Rafa. You know you can do it!!
