In a pink shirt ... along with a heap load of other men ... in pink shirts. If you are cool and important like Rafa, you get to wear the same shirt as him. If you are a pleb, you get to wear a pink shirt which was the same colour as the one Feds wore in Toronto/Cincy. *laugh*
